Every Mythic formula begins with the skin in mind — not as a canvas to be corrected, but as something living that deserves care and respect. Our botanicals are chosen for their gentleness as much as their efficacy. That said, every woman's skin has its own history, and we always recommend a patch test when introducing something new to your ritual. If you have specific sensitivities or conditions, your dermatologist's guidance is worth honoring alongside ours.
We research every ingredient before it earns a place in a Mythic formula. That means understanding not just what an ingredient does, but where it comes from, how it behaves on skin over time, and whether it belongs in something you're going to use every day. We don't formulate around trends. We formulate around what we'd want on our own skin — and on yours.
Shipping
- $10 2-day shipping on US orders (excludes AK & HI). Free 2-day shipping is valid on US orders over $50 (excludes AK & HI), before tax, and after discount.
- Orders take 1-3 business days (M-F) to be processed and shipped. Once shipped, orders may take up to 10 business days with standard shipping methods.
- Orders placed on Fridays after 1:00 PM (PST) will be processed the following business day. Expedited shipping methods do not include processing times.
At this time we do not offer international shipping.
Holiday Cutoffs are different for each holiday. We follow the shipping schedule for the USPS. Once holiday cutoff dates are known, we will share them on our webpage.
Free standard shipping is valid on US orders over $50, before tax and after discounts are applied.
Returns and Exchanges
Your satisfaction is our top priority and we will do what we can to ensure your happiness with every purchase. We offer a 30-day from purchase date money-back guarantee for products purchased on Mythiccosmetics.com. (excluding FINAL SALES items)
If you are returning a product you purchased within the last 30 days, contact us to initiate your return. Please email and a member of our Customer Service team will assist you. We are unable to accept returns of partial sets or bundles.
Once the return is approved, please allow 10 days for the return to be processed.
Please note: We are not able to refund original shipping charges as these are paid directly to the carrier. Mythic does not refund orders for packages that are lost or stolen. Purchases made through unauthorized Mythic retailers do not qualify for a refund or exchange.
Once a returned package is received at our facility, please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed. Funds typically take between 3-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on the banking institution.
Missing Item
Items:
We are so sorry to hear that an item in your order is missing or damaged. Please reach out to us within 48 hours of receiving your order with a photo of everything you received, as well as the packaging. Photos will be requested by a customer service team member to proceed.
Packages:
If your order is marked as delivered but you have yet to receive it, please wait 2 business days before reaching out. We also recommend checking with your building management, concierge, mailroom, or neighbors to see if they received the package for you. You are free to contact the shipping company directly as well.
